It was really simple to adore and relate to the characters in this novel. I appreciated how the gritty reality of their background was revealed without being smoothed over, as is the case in many other novels. The chemistry between Carla and TJ is top-notch, as is their humor. In addition, Malory always makes me laugh so hard that my stomach hurts.
