This book provides a detailed account of incidents that allow us to see inside the minds of Indian cricketers. Rishabh Pant’s case study and evolution are very well told. R Sridhar discusses not only the high points of their coaching careers but also the low points.

I especially liked the conclusion, where the author calls attention to recommendations for coaching structure. This book is an awe-inspiring journey of a person who made the most of his career through hard work, determination, and a risk-taking attitude.
