In the district’s government industrial institutes, admissions are now being granted based on on-the-spot merit after vacant seats. Even after a holiday on Sunday, admissions will be conducted for vacant seats in ITIs. Admissions to vacant seats in ITIs will continue until August 25.
At present, out of 1,368 seats in Babu Moolchand Jain Government ITI, only 168 seats remain vacant across various trades. Meanwhile, at Nising ITI, out of 484 seats, 234 seats have already been filled. The Nising ITI’s nodal officer for admissions, Jaswinder Sandhu, mentioned that 250 seats are still available at Nising ITI.
In addition, rank cards for daily incoming applications are being issued, and on-the-spot admissions are being carried out. By August 25, a list of seat allotments will also be released at the institute level. In this process, after applicants verify their documents at the institute, a link will be opened on August 26 for fee payment.
Students will be able to submit fees and secure their admission through this link. The following documents are required for admissions: family identity proof, reservation, caste certificate, academic
qualification documents, Aadhaar card, personal mobile number, email ID, residential certificate, and debit card, Paytm, credit card, etc. for online payment.
