Ola Electric and the Center also agreed to a PLI program, which will enable the EV manufacturer to work on lithium-ion cells for the production of batteries for electric vehicles in India. Ola just unveiled its first lithium-ion battery. The business is also anticipated to reveal plans for a bigger, newer facility that will be utilized to create battery cell technology and the company’s new electric vehicle.
During the Ola Customer Day at Ola Futurefactory earlier in June, Ola Electric provided a sneak preview of its future electric four-wheeler. More information regarding the device would be made public on August 15, according to Agarwal. Additionally, he promised to provide world-class items for the market for electric vehicles.
The Ola electric four-appearance wheeler and feel were previously alluded to in a teaser film that the EV manufacturer posted. For an EV four-wheeler facility, Ola is now exploring purchasing about 1,000 acres of land. When finished, it will be almost twice as big as its Futurefactory, where the S1 Pro electric scooter is presently produced. In India, Ola Electric now offers the S1 Pro electric two-wheeler.
