R.J. Hemalatha holds a doctorate in electronics engineering from India’s Sathyabama University. She is the current Head of the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Vels Institute of Science, Technology, and Advanced Studies (VISTAS) in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. She has over 50 research papers published in a variety of international magazines.

D. Akila, PhD earned his PhD in Computer Science from Tamilnadu’s Bharathiar University. She is an associate professor at Vels Institute of Science, Technology & Advanced Studies (VISTAS) in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, in the Department of Information Technology, School of Computing Sciences. She has around 25 research papers published in a variety of international magazines.

D. Balaganesh, PhD is the Dean of Lincoln University College’s Faculty of Computer Science and Multimedia in Malaysia.

Anand Paul, PhD, is an associate professor at Kyungpook National University’s School of Computer Science and Engineering in South Korea. In 2010, he earned a PhD in Electrical Engineering from National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan, R.O.C.
