The Summer I Turned Pretty Book 2 Summary
Belly used to eagerly down the days until summer, when she could return to Cousins Beach with Conrad and Jeremiah. This year, however, will be different. Not until Susannah became ill again and Conrad lost interest. Belly wishes summer would never arrive since all that was right and good has crumbled.
When Jeremiah calls to tell Conrad has vanished, Belly knows what she needs to do to put things right. And it can only happen back at the beach home, with the three of them together, like it was before. If this is the last summer, it should end where it began: at Cousins Beach

Conclusion: The Summer I Turned Pretty Book 2
The novel began with a bang. You know it’s going to happen at the end of the first book. I was in tears as I read it, mostly because I recently lost someone to cancer. I know what the characters were going through because it was a tragic time.
Belly’s love life is a jumble, as she falls in love with one person after another. I don’t want to give too much away, so I’ll just say that her love life is brief. She is with Conrad until something happens at the end of the first novel. It’s revealed later in the novel, and it makes you wait so long that it drove me insane, forcing me to read more.
